Setting up our beach equipment rental was the easiest and most worry-free part of our vacation. The equipment was in great shape and was waiting on us in our room when we arrived and was
whisked away after we left!

What a great convenience! Our 18 month old finally slept through the night away from home for the first time. The full size crib was the answer. And having the high chair and beach stroller made mealtimes and walking on the beach so much nicer and easier. Our trip was so much more enjoyable. Thank you Baby Beach Rentals.

Hi, Michelle:
Just wanted to drop you a note to praise the outstanding service of Baby's Beach Rentals,
which serves the Perdido Key and Orange Beach areas.
During my recent mini-vacation at Caribe Resort, I had made reservations with (local
competitor's name here*) for a baby bed (full size crib) about 2 months prior to
arriving at the Resort. Upon checking (local competitor's website*) several times to
check the status of delivery and I was given the complete run around. First
"Dave" said
he would deliver the bed between 3pm and 4pm. Then, I called back at
5pm just to check the status... you know how us meeting planners are! Anyway, I decided to
have a back up plan so I called some other rental companies.
One company that I called in the interim, Baby's Beach Rentals, their voice mail came on
and I didn't leave a message. Thank goodness, the pro-active owner of the
company, Mary,
called ME (thanks to caller i.d.) and asked if I needed anything. I told her that I was in
need of a baby crib THAT NIGHT for 5 nights and she simply
replied, "No problem, I'll
be right over". Mary was over and set up the crib within the hour and DIDN'T even
charge me the "rush fee".
So I decided to call "Dave" and no one answered. When I was on the phone he did
leave me a message stating that someone would be delivering a baby bed between
7pm and
8pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP NOR DID ANYONE CALL!
All I can say is, thanks to the professionalism of Mary and Baby's Beach Rentals, my 22
month old had a crib to sleep in.
I just felt that her readiness to assist me in my needs shouldn't be overlooked by your
organization or Caribe Resorts.
